her natural gifts and talents through her fresh tasting gourmet
recipes. A simple and most recent catering event started with an
incredible sushi bar set up on a diamond crystal ice display;
appetizers included lump crab cakes with spicy lime scallion
remoulade, seared Ahi tuna, vegetable rice paper wraps, chicken sate
and chilled jumbo shrimp; the buffet dinner included: individual
filets of poached sea bass with provencal sauce, grilled sliced filet
mignon, roast new potato and sweet potato with red pepper, shallots,
garlic, rosemary and thyme, grilled asparagus spears, and buffalo
mozzarella with vine ripe tomato, basil, roast peppers and extra
virgin olive oil, and for dessert: sharp and aged cheeses, éclairs,
fruit tarts, opera cake, Napoleon, Sarah Bernhardts and almond
squares, with an espresso and cappuccino bar.
